Please don't include sensitive information we don't need, such as payment card numbers or health details, in a form message.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you send us to:
- Reply to your question or request
- Prepare a quote for your job
- Schedule and carry out the job, including contacting you about timing and access
- Keep a record of the work we agreed to do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your Consent
By submitting a form, you agree to us using your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by calling or emailing us. If you withdraw consent before a job is done, we may not be able to quote or complete it, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
Cookies, Analytics and Third Parties
This site does not use analytics tools, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
The site's fonts are hosted on our own website. One third-party service loads on one page:
- Google Maps, which shows an embedded map of our service area on the Get a Quote page
When your browser loads this service, Google may receive your IP address and basic browser information. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy.
If we add analytics or other tracking in the future, we'll update this policy first.
Who We Share It With
We only share your information when we need to in order to do the job, for example with a crew member assigned to your move, or with service providers that host our website or email. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires us to keep business records. When we no longer need it, we delete or destroy it.
How We Protect It
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, and we limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we've used it
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Stop using your information, by withdrawing your consent
- Delete information we no longer need to keep
